“I am writing this to highlight the excellent care provided by Yolanda Baugh. She is a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner who helped me significantly. Unfortunately, the front office experience was awful. The practice manager Maria M. was obstructive and attempted to withhold my medical records because of an outstanding balance, ignoring the fact that a payment plan was already in place. Withholding records over debt is highly unprofessional (and often a HIPPA violation). It is a shame that the administrative hurdles make it so difficult to access the great care Yolanda provides.”
