“Worst place I've ever been in my ENTIRE life!! Worst than any jail or prison I can imagine. You check yourself in this place they say is a hospital. (NOT) ITS THE NASTIEST place. From the entire crew pulling curtains over the glass so they can't see patients at night and can sleep to nurses and tecs thinking they are cop . They are bullies to the full extent.. I went there to get help and I had to sign myself out early because of the way they were way they were it was unreal.Id never recommend anyone to go here to detox!! Only thing good is the outpatient IOP meetings. Other than that department you will be treated like a piece of trash. They will attack your character and nothing is private. There is no safe place there except the outpatient.. IWISH I would've read these reviews before going. I use to work for BRG but this isn't nothing like the hospital. It's a joke!!!”

“I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here just by they way they answer the phone. They don’t wanna help you get answers on anything and have horrible attitudes towards any questions. Except once when I called a while back ago I spoke with Eric and he was eager to go above and beyond but he no longer works there according to the front desk lady. So I can only imagine how it is if you actually go. These people aren’t looking to help anyone they are just there to make a check because they have to. Do better please.”
