“The clinicians are always nice, the problem is that it is always a new one. It is impossible to build a rapport. I have had to restart assessments over and over and in an endless loop of not getting treatment because the new nurse comes in and starts the process over again. Also, it is impossible to get Finger Lakes to answer their phone. They are really pushing to use online portals and scheduling your own appts. I do not like this. Also, I am pretty sure a ton of the 5* reviews are fake.”
