What patients say on Google

“The neurologist did not do a full neurological exam on my husband that has several symptoms. He spoke down to us like we did not know anything when attempting to explain previous tests and or diagnoses. I did not tell him I have been a RN for 19 years and I know my husbands medical history. He ordered lab work and said we can get my husbands previous diagnostic test from 5 and 9 years ago, provide it to him, then he can explain to us what he has or had. I think maybe he should do his own testing since I'm sure things have changed over that many years time. We are very disappointed and will not return. His nurse and receptionist were nice and professional.”

“Doctor sat on his phone with his door wide open while we sat in the examining room for 45 minutes after being there a total of 1.5 hours. I had to get back to work, so when the nurse let him know, he made zero expression or response. Horrible bedside manner, lack of empathy for others, unprofessional behavior!”

“I am really glad that we found Dr Singh. We have had other neurologists who were not so caring or as thorough. He is definitely a doctor I would recommend. He is honest and straightforward even when it's an uncomfortable talk. I appreciated his candor and his manor and not being made to feel dumb. A+”

“My Dad is 86 years old, has a history of strokes and seizures and we live an hour away from Batesville. Dad had an appointment today with Dr. Singh at 3:30 p.m. As of 4:30 p.m. we still not had seen doctor nor had anyone come into the exam room to check on us. I went outside the room to the desk and asked the nurse how much longer as Dad was getting really tired and she replied we were next but the doctor was in with a new patient and that always took longer. I let her known his appointment was at 3:30 p.m. an hour ago. She said I could reschedule and I told her that would be difficult as I would have to take off work again. She then offered to send the doc a message so I went back into the exam room where 15 minutes later still no doctor nor anybody letting us know anything. I then went back to the desk and told the nurse I was going to have to take Dad home as he was exhausted and we had an hour drive ahead of us. So my poor Dad and I left at 4:45 p.m. not having seen nor even speaking to the doctor. The nurse apologized and said they were having scheduling issues but I just read a review from 3 years ago about someone who waited at least 2 hours for their mom so apparently this problem is not new. Really resent the fact that my elderly Dad was made to sit and wait over an hour (actually over an hour and half since we were considerate and arrived a little early at 3:15 p.m.) that he had to make a 2 hour round trip, I took the afternoon off work to drive him to Batesville and we spent the money for gas to make the trip AND DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SEE THE DOCTOR! Apparently the doctor is not too concerned about his existing patients instead focusing on new patients because he never even poked his head in even after I shared with the nurse who checked us in that Dad had already been to the ER twice this week and the nurse had sent him a message that patient was waiting and getting tired. Ridiculous. Rude. Frustrating. And now I get to be concerned about what effect getting this tired will have on my Dad with not having any idea of why he has been so weak this week since we weren't able to see the doctor.”
