How likely are you to recommend Baptist Health Primary Care - Lawrenceburg?
What patients say on Google
“I really don't understand the bad reviews, but I've literally have never had a bad experience at Baptist Lawrenceburg. They've always treated me well, and my questions have always been answered in a timely manner. Dr. Coutts is a awesome person and has always been upfront and has had my referrals and med prescriptions sent out in a timely manner.”
“It seems like assembly line healthcare. Try to cram as many patients into the workday as possible leaving very little time for patients to interact with their doctor. Then when things get really busy for one reason or another and a bottleneck develops they have no time to answer your call or have your doctor call you back. I'm still waiting for them to return my call and to discuss my alarming lab results which may need urgent intervention to avoid going chronic. No exaggeration, the day after tomorrow marks two weeks since my lab results came in. Still nothing. *crickets* This is healthcare, not car repair. You can't simply replace a chronically diseased body. Time is of the essence.”
“I have a severe, debilitating panic disorder, and Baptist Health Primary Care in Lawrenceburg has been very helpful. Dr. Nicole Stiner has been kind, understanding, and supportive in helping me manage it.”
“It takes 10-20 days to get an appointment. If it's for bloodwork,or xrays, follow up is another 10-20 days. They were much better for the community as Capital Family.”
