“I did not have any issues when Dr. Cotton was there, but since Sarah Hancock took over for her, I have had nothing but issues. Cancelled appointments. Not sending in prescriptions after appointments. Not sending in refills on time when requested. Sarah doesn't listen, corrects you when describing how you feel or what side effects you are having. Doesnt really care to know anything except what pill you want her to prescribe.”

“I love my therapist, Evelyn Hunter, and my psychiatrist . They have been really nice to me. I've had my issues but they're very caring and understanding. I have seen a lot of negative reviews , but everybody has their own opinion, but I love them.”

“Been coming here for a few years and recently my NP left and I was assigned to a new one. For 3 months now it's a monthly struggle to get my meds refilled. Today makes the 4th request to only find out this new NP will be out of the office for the next 2 weeks. So is nobody else taking care of her patients til she returns? I was told I have to wait!! I'm disappointed yet mad!!!! I gave a 1 star only because 0 wasn't an option. I want answers and I want something done because this isn't right to do to anyone!!!!!!!!!!”

“This has been a great place tell recently. I have been going here for over a year and never had any issues but my doc left 3 months ago and when she left she made sure I had my meds for the next three months so the new doctor taking over had time to get things in line and now my appointment that was set up has been canceled and my prescription that was due to be renewed today has not been sent in and i have called about it 4 days ago and finally today someone they say I have to come in to check my stats and I can't be seen intell tues and I was supposed to have a call back today and its now after 4pm there closing time and no call, no meds called in nothing just left in the dark so and tomorrow will be 31days since my last prescription and I have been on the same meds for over a year there's absolutely no reason that this should happen none what happened to patient Care!!!! I don't ever leave reviews so the fact I am leaving one should tell u something....”
