“I really love this program. I have never had therapy of any kind before and this program does it in a way that makes you really feel good about yourself without dwelling on the past. It teaches you how to accept yourself and the therapists are very compassionate and very wise and I truly enjoy my visits online with them and the other patients that are in the programs. It's actually a highlight of my week at times. My therapist that I met in person Deidre is absolutely amazing and has helped me with so much. She's a very compassionate person and she really listens to what I'm dealing with. And I love Nate and Kelly also on my zoom meetings would be programmed.”
