“Proceed with caution before booking here. I made a good-faith effort to cancel a new patient appointment for my child about 30 hours in advance. Because they did not answer the phone, I left a voicemail and sent an email replying to their appointment reminder. Instead of processing my cancellation, they ignored my messages and billed me $280 just minutes after the appointment time passed. When I called to dispute the charge, a representative promised to get back to me but never did. It feels like they intentionally ignored my cancellation attempts just to collect a fee. I will not be paying this, and I highly suggest finding a practice with better communication and billing ethics.”

“Extremely frustrating experience. I scheduled a Spravato appointment for 4/18 and called on 4/15 to cancel in advance. The clinic failed to process the cancellation and still charged me a $50 no-show fee. When I contacted them, they refused to issue a refund and were dismissive. I also asked to speak with a billing supervisor or the clinic owner, and that request was denied. At this point, it feels like they would rather stand by this deceitful billing practice than take responsibility or retain patient trust. I would strongly consider going to another clinic.”
