“I had a very good first session with my therapist, Emily Newland. She was able to narrow down my broad diagnosis so that we could focus more closely to the issues I'm dealing with. I know that I've only seen her once but I was very impressed by her professionalism, listening skills, and her sincere concern for my needs to deal with my years of mental health suffering. I didn't leave that initial appointment without a coping skill to tackle. With her encouragement and some skills to practice, I was able to do some of the things she suggested. :-) I highly recommend her as a therapist!!!”

She doesn't make you feel like you're broken if first-line treatment doesn't work and is proactive when looking into second-line treatments or alternatives. She's very empathetic and I just love her. “Netrans was delayed in getting my brother to his appointment. We were literally 5-10 minutes past his appointment time getting here. This appointment had been rescheduled 2 times. My brother is handicapped in a nursing home and still would not see him. It is very challenging to get him to appointments because of this. Made no allowances for something beyond our control. Horrible customer service. Avoid them. Ballad needs a lesson in customer service. The Dr. is Scott Spraberry. It was his decision.”
