“I went here before the new management. I left a negative review then for their poor attitude and process. This new staffing of theirs, I was hoping would change everything for the better. It did not. I was told of a missed appointment in February I wasnt convinced I had made. I paid the fee and got a new appointment. Now I call to reschedule, they've magically lost my new appointment, they've forgotten ive already paid my fee, and NOW theres some other magical appointment in October I missed and they want money for it. Absolutely atrocious communication and processes. They're just making things up on the fly, then have the audacity to act snooty when you dont follow a system THEY can't even follow. Absolutely do not recommend them then or now, unless youre looking to worsen your stress levels with another group of people that dont want you or anyone else.”

“My first provider was only there for 3 visits, sadly she moved on. Since, i have seen her replacement. My medication was adjusted and I ran out before my next appointment. I tried calling 4 times to get it refilled. I ended up paying out of pocket because the office never got auth for the adjusted dosage and never sent new rx for previously auth'd dosage. Finding a new provider.”

“I do not recommend this office in the slightest. Cold and dark personalities. Receptionist is extremely rude and cocky. Heather is like a robot. Just a horrible experience.”

“The receptionist was extremely helpful and professional!! I was extremely impressed with the doctor and his knowledge. He explained things to me that I had never known and I’ve been going to a doctor for 15 years and he took his time was patient kind honest and I didn’t feel judged quite the opposite and I am 100% going to Recommend anyone I know to go see him. I get this whole office a 10 star review starting with the young lady in front what a nice professional young lady she is and the doctor was just amazing and I’m surprisingly very happy and like I said 10 stars all the way around thank you very much. I appreciate you guys.”
