“Booked an appointment online and received a call from the office receptionist. From the beginning of the conversation she was immediately rude to myself and my husband. Telling him he sounded robotic, refused to speak with me even though he was authorizing me to speak on his behalf for payment. I would never recommend this facility if this is who is representing this office. It's indicative of how we'll be treated overall and how they allow their staff to treat patients. I work in a far more demanding field and would never think to speak to a potential patient this way. Do better.”
