How likely are you to recommend Babylon Medical Practice?
What patients say on Google
“My husband recently had his first visit at Babylon Medical Practice. I have to say that he left feeling very impressed. The care and concern this practice shows is truly like no other that he experienced before. Specifically, PA Enbal Moussaieff took time to really listen and answer all of his questions and concerns. She was professional, thorough and truly caring. Highly recommend if you are looking for a practice that genuinely cares about the patients.”
“Dr. Jared Hertz is truly one of the most exceptional doctors I have ever had the privilege of being treated by. From the very beginning, he takes the time to genuinely listen to his patients and carefully considers everything you share with him. What really stands out is how he goes the extra step to research and fully understand your concerns, making you feel heard, valued, and confident in your care. He is incredibly caring, attentive, and consistently stays on top of every aspect of your healthcare. You never feel like just another patient—he treats you with compassion and dedication that is hard to find. Dr. Hertz is also clearly at the forefront of medical advancements and treatments, always ensuring you are receiving the best and most up-to-date care possible. During a recent major emergency that required an ER visit, Dr. Hertz handled everything from A to Z seamlessly. He took full control of the situation, and because of him, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing during an incredibly stressful time. Without a doubt, he is the best doctor I have ever had, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.”
“AVOID THIS PRACTICE! They have zero regard for patient care or satisfaction, they just want your copay. It's their way or else. The office staff is unprofessional and spiteful. They don't listen and will talk over you. Prioritize your own well being and look for a doctor and staff who will make your well being and peace of mind a bigger priority than their ego. IN RESPONSE: The response they give below is inaccurate and incomplete. Yes, I did demand that I be sent directly for a procedure that they told me on the phone they wanted to see me to recommend. As the patient I have the right to advocate for myself. Why should I come in to discuss getting a procedure when I could just go directly for the procedure which, yes, they complied and sent the script. However the script was incomplete and did not indicate what the procedure was specifically for. The office staff proceeded to talk over me, insist that I come in to speak with the doctor which we had already discussed. Instead they were spiteful and when called by the provider who was to be doing the procedure they told the provider to cancel my appointment. Clearly their ego and their own demands took precedence over my health. I saw a new doctor through northwell who sent me for the procedure and I was able to keep my appointment despite Babylon Medical's attempts to have that very appointment canceled. So I thank Babylon Medical for showing their true colors and giving me the opportunity to get better care.”
“Babylon Medical Practice is a 5 out of 5 stars The office is clean and it was easy to take care of multiple issues on the same visit. I was able to see the physician and have my blood work done the same day!!! the results came back in 2 days —something that would normally take longer anywhere else was completed within just a few days… Dr. Hertz was great and very thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The staff is professional and welcoming. Robert was especially helpful and polite, making sure all of my needs were taken care of and that my visit went smoothly. Highly recommend.”
