“i’ve been with dr. baber for about 8 years and as long as he’s practicing i plan to stay. he might challenge you to take ownership and play an active role in managing your mental health, but please don’t mistake that for being “uncaring”… i was really surprised to read those reviews and that’s why im leaving mine. he IS kind and encouraging, he does care, he listens, and like most things in life, you get what you put into it… i have grown into my healthiest self under his care over the years. 💜”

“This is the most unsafe medical practice I have ever gone to. I have been seeing Doctors here since I was 17, an I am now in my mid 30s. I had to switch doctors my last appointment because again my doctor had left the practice. The new doctor did not have my correct diagnosis, and said she " couldn't find it in my chart". Then go down the road they had been filling my prescriptions no questions and out of the blue they said nope you need an appointment. Okay I understand it's been a while but they won't schedule till I pay my balance. Again totally understand, I guess they stopped sending paper bills bc I didn't know I had a bill but my disability check doesn't come for two days. I'll be out by tomorrow. Basically said too bad. I can pay the bill and see the doctor, or good luck. This is not a medication you are supposed to go off of cold turkey. So they "lost" my diagnosis or chart between doctors and now they don't care I have no access to medication. Won't even fill like a five day supply. Again client of about 20yrs. Never have I NOT paid them. Looking for a new medical practice....”

“Our family loves this place. My son and I see Dr.Waters and she is very patient and soft spoken. My husband, son, and sometimes I see Rob for therapy. The guys really like him because he is easy to talk too! I've never had problems with the front desk.”

“Good gravy! I don’t understand where the negative reviews are coming from! Maybe the fact that the staff never seems to ASK patients to review and is just focused on patient care at a busy practice —- just leaves cranky people who want to fuss about something reviewing. We see Jessica Waters and she is fantastic! Three of my family members have been at the practice over 8 years time and have never had any trouble with the prescription line at all. The front desk staff is even willing to take those prescription requests and are really nice about it! When I leave a message on the prescription line, my prescription is ready the same day. We have seen one of the Nurse Practitioners, Jessica Waters since 2016 and she is really wonderful! She is consistent and easy to talk with. She always returns calls the same day and works to find solutions if medication supply issues come up. It’s a pretty large practice and they seem to have a low staff turnover which is an accomplishment in such a difficult field. The front desk there is busy!! However, I always feel like I can trust the person I’m in front of or talking to on the phone! They all do a great job in a difficult field of practice.”
