“Terrible customer Service. Laura owner is a complete joke. Should you have any questions about your bill/statement you will be told that can’t be discussed or may be given the runaround. Laura doesn’t need to be owning any type of business like this… she is definitely not friendly or welcoming . The therapist Ryann was perfectly fine but who she works for doesn’t care about the client at all. She just lost her therapist a client. All because she didn’t want to answer general questions. Good luck Laura your customer service is a zero and you are in the wrong profession.”
