What patients say on Google

“I have been a patient here for over 20 years! A few years ago, I scheduled a same-day appointment because I was dealing with pain that had become overwhelming and difficult to manage. During that visit, I met Monika Bartoli, and that experience made a lasting difference in my life. She took the time to really listen to me, not just my symptoms but how they were affecting me day to day. Her reassurance and genuine concern helped ease my anxiety, and I felt, for the first time in a while, that I wasn’t facing this alone. Her thoughtful and attentive approach gave me a sense of comfort and hope that I deeply needed. Since then, I’ve continued to see her as my provider, and I truly value the care and compassion she brings to every visit. Knowing that I have someone who understands me and is committed to helping me feel better has had a positive impact on both my physical health and my overall well-being. Overall, my experience has been incredibly meaningful, and I’m deeply grateful for the support and care I’ve received. Thank you Monika Bartoli!! 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ A big thank you to the staff and nurses! That are working hard from behind the scenes! Your dedication, professionalism and kindness do not go unnoticed! 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“I went to Aylo on Friday before Labor Day in Hampton, Ga as a new patient to establish this company as my primary care physician main location. I had a sick visit, saw the NP, visit went well, I was told to come back on Tuesday for blood work, and I also needed medication refills to establish a relationship with the primary care physician. I came in early on Tuesday morning for lab work, I was told that the provider needed to do a wellness visit to establish a relationship as a new patient. I then flipped my schedule to come back to the office for a 4pm visit. I checked in and was called to front desk and was asked, what medications I needed to be refilled, I gave the lead medical assistant the list, she then showed my list to the NP on duty. I explained to the lead medical assistant that I was seeing my cardiologist, but I was told to establish a primary care MD for the future as this visit is what I was doing. I explained to the lead medical assistant that I was a patient at Piedmont and Aylo has an affiliation with Piedmont, that my records could be pulled up. I sat down, then was called back to the desk and I was handled very abruptly by the lead medical assistant telling me that I needed to bring my old pill bottles and I came off the streets requesting heart and blood pressure medication and I needed to bring my previous physical, blood work and EKG with me. This was very unprofessional as a medical office. I came in to establish a new patient relationship and I would never want this company to be involved with my medical necessities. I am an RN at Grady Hospital and would never recommend any family members or friends to visit this organization, located in Hampton, Ga location…Very disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from the front desk”

“If I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve been a patient since this office was Eagles Landing Family Practice, and it USED to be great. Ever since the name change, it’s gone completely downhill. At this point, it feels like nothing but a money grab—and patient care is clearly not the priority. I’m a diabetic, and they refused to schedule me until I paid a balance in full. Not “let’s work with you,” not “you need to be seen”—just pay first, health later. That alone told me everything I needed to know. After I paid, I got transferred to billing and sat on hold for over 30 minutes. Then the line went silent like someone picked up and just… didn’t speak. I kept saying hello for another 10 minutes before the call magically disconnected into a survey. Completely unprofessional. Then comes the real kicker… I needed an appointment for FMLA paperwork and was told I had to pay $150 upfront. No option. Just pay it. AND they made me schedule a second appointment for a medication refill because apparently they can’t handle two things in one visit. So now we’re at $300 just to get basic care handled. But wait—it gets better. I was told self-pay patients are charged $125 per visit… yet I have GOOD insurance and I’m being charged $150. Make that make sense. And every single time I go in, they’re pushing bloodwork—even when I just had labs done. At this point it feels less like medical care and more like billing practice. I no longer feel like a patient here—I feel like a transaction. At this point, y’all don’t run a medical office—you run a billing department with exam rooms. 🔥”

“I would like to just comment on two young ladies who took amazing care of me at this office. Angel & Aleiya thank you both for the kindness, genuine empathy and professionalism you exuded during my visit. I felt terrible (truly awful) but you two made me feel so much better, emotionally. Thank you both for operating in the spirit of professional excellence. Gratitude”
