What patients say on Google

“⚠️ Warning about Aviva Mental Health Services ⚠️ Please be careful if you’re considering Aviva for therapy services. They have terrible communication between staff and patients, and it seems they cannot keep staff for long, likely because of the same problems I experienced. The owner was rude, dismissive, and not a good listener, which is especially concerning for an organization built on therapy and trust. Even after I showed proof that their therapist lied on documentation, the owner took no accountability. It also feels as though this organization set up shop not to truly help people, but to take advantage of the very community it is supposed to serve. In addition, there were three staff members who actually represented the community Aviva claims to serve, but none of them stayed, I wonder why. I’ve already reported Aviva to the state and filed a grievance with my son’s insurance company. In my opinion, this organization is not serving families with honesty, respect, or professionalism.”

“Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Took my daughter here for an intake appointment for out patient therapy. She was given a man and she did not want an man. She feels more comfortable with a woman. He told her to just try because she couldn't have a female therapist. They also don't have virtual. You have to go in every week. Also, he literally talked to her for less than 5 minutes and was discussing medication he wanted to put her on. He didn't even speak clear English. Absolutely inappropriate for a man to tell a young woman she has to have a man therapist she wasn't comfortable with. DO NOT GO HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE PLACE IS FILTHY.”

“Horrible experience with this place. They dropped all of my medications that I needed to live without any notice. My dad had recently died during the time and that’s when I needed the help the most. The receptionist was always rude and disrespectful. It felt like talking to her you were on the street and not at an establishment. They could never keep a doctor. The turnover rate was ridiculous. They don’t work around your schedule or be flexible only demand you call out of work to meet their times and needs. Mental health is real and it’s sad that they treat people like they have treated me. They would have me seeing the doctor and have the wrong patient charts open. Breaking Hippa. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you suffer with mental illness please find a place that cares. This review is genuine.”
