“This is place is so unorganized. No one ever picks up the phone when you call. You have to leave a message and it takes about 24 hours to call back. They don’t have appointments when you need them. I have run out of my prescriptions because of this. They leave you voice messages and tell you that your appointment is face to face and when you get there they say no it’s over the phone. A doctor was supposed to call me and when she did no one said anything. It was a blocked number so I couldn’t call her back. When I called the office she said that the doctor has moved onto the next patient and that she called me and it didn’t connect. Now what am I supposed to do? I am out of my meds and they don’t seem to care!”
