What patients say on Google

“Avita does not treat adult ADHD. And they don't answer the phones. A very difficult place to work with as a disabled person. They are very punitive and not understanding towards patients who struggle with mental disabilities, which is odd since that is the purpose of avita, to help people with such disabilities. I've tried to request telehealth appointments for medication management due to my severe anxiety and executive functioning problems, but they keep requiring in person appointments. And when my disabilities prevent me from attending appointments or making phone calls, they threaten to make it even more difficult to access my medicine. They literally punish you for struggling with disabilities by forcing you to jump through more hoops for them. Which, ironically, would be a whole lot easier for me to do if they would provide medical treatment for my ADHD and severe executive dysfunction. In fact, it wouldn't become a problem in the first place. But they don't treat ADHD.”
Rivka Sawyer
“I called to schedule an appointment and receptionist was very rude. Are they legal?? Are you serious? Is not something you ask trying to schedule an appointment! Just because I asked if they have any staff who speaks Spanish.. Do better!”
Johanna Arellano
“Avoid this place! The staff are unprofessional. The front desk attendant is outwardly pleasant but actually manipulative and unkind. We had to wait for her to finish a personal call and then said we were too late for the appointment. These people do not care about you or your kids. They are just order takers and form fillers. Do not go to this place.”
Jackie Wilson
“Can never get anyone on the phone and it's always empty when I walk in. I know there not that busy just lazy.”
J Wynter
