“I really liked my experience at Avila Health Group. I called them looking for Mental Health Services, and after they checked my insurance eligibility, they gave me an appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment, the courteous front desk staff was the first interaction that made a lasting impression. Their welcoming demeanor and genuine concern set the tone for the entire experience. They were clearly there to create a secure and helpful environment for clients rather than just handle administrative duties. They responded to any concerns with a sincere desire to assist. The positive experience extended well beyond the front desk. The clinicians and therapists I've interacted with, are not only highly skilled professionals but also compassionate individuals who are genuinely invested in their clients' well-being. Their ability to create an atmosphere of trust and understanding has made it easy for me to open up and share my thoughts and feelings.”

“Came to the office on Monday, because i was referred from a friend. I don’t usually write reviews but this group/ team has been the most kindest, well spoken, and fastest team i ever encountered as soon as i walked in i was attended quickly. I was asked personal questions for a study about mental health but the team made me comfortable enough to answer them all truthfully… the environment is really friendly and just wanted to thank everyone for their services!!”

“Literally the first time I’ve ever written a review . For starters after my first session they told me they were gonna send me these exercises or homework’s or whatever and also schedule me an appointment after 2 weeks and they never did . When I called they made me an appointment and told me they didn’t know what I was talking about in terms of what the psychologist recommended. When I called a day before the 2nd appointment to talk to someone it turns out they never actually went through with scheduling it so if I hadn’t called I woulda been out of luck . They made me an appointment at 5 pm it is currently 5 40 and I still have not been seen. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had , don’t pick this place”

“If you think about to go to this place, you better call and see how they treat people over the phone specially the manager Avila , arrogant , bitter, without any emphatic or good service. Nasty as hell.I hope nobody will decide to go that horrible place. No a good place to go. Calling the front desk is a mess, then talking with management is worst. No humble, no emphatic , disgusting.”
