How likely are you to recommend Auxilium Psychological Services, LLC?
What patients say on Google
“Erin is amazing. She’s been with my son for a year now and we always look forward to our sessions. I have seen so much progress. Communication is seamless with her and she’s so helpful when it comes to him and parent sessions too when I’m feeling a little rocky myself. Definitely recommend.”
“The office communication is ridiculously slow. Even after their recent expansion. You’re lucky if they even answer the phone. I’ve had to call and leave multiple messages to even get a simple call back. It took almost 3 weeks for them to tell me they can’t accept my new insurance. Which my former therapist told me wouldn’t be accepted, however the office lead to believe there was a possibility. I could have been looking for another provider in this time. My former therapist had assured me I’d be given a referral elsewhere once my new insurance went into affect. Apparently there’s not one therapist in the entire area who accepts Medicare which I find hard to believe. I’m happy to be parting ways after coming here for over 2 years. My best advice to current patients is to communicate directly with your therapist as the office staff are unreliable.”
“Wonderful, compassionate therapists. They have been so helpful for both myself and my 6 year old son who suffers from a lot of anxiety. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone searching for a therapist. And the office manager is really good about returning calls.”
“Erin, Ryan and the staff are wonderful. I see Erin and she has literally saved my life. He compassion and understanding as well as her challenges to me have made me a much better person.”
