“A clearly neglectful and unprofessional provider who can’t even be bothered to refill prescriptions in a timely manner. Not only did she seem completely disinterested during our intake, she didn’t even have the nerve to apologize directly for her lack of attention which caused her to miss my repeated refill requests. After contacting the office via multiple avenues for over two weeks, Dr. Francine still has yet to enter a single prescription for me.
