Then one day we went for our regular appointment and was told she had canceled ours and had a new client. Highly unprofessional but OK. Then she just entirely ghosted us, refusing to take our calls, schedule us or give any kind of explanation. My son was devastated that "even his counselor hates him and won't talk to him". He refused to ever see a counselor again. Then a while later, out of the blue she mistakenly emailed us another client's records. Immature, unprofessional, hurtful and a disgrace to her profession.”
