“Called in a couple of weeks ago so see if they provided a certain service, the receptionist said they would get back to me on if they did or not. They never reached out to me to directly say whether they did or not, I just got emailed the intake paperwork. That for one did not make me happy, but I filled in the intake forms and assumed they did have the service I needed. I called again and informed the receptionist I filled it out, asked again about the service and how I could schedule appointment. Again, she said she would get back to me on my questions. She sends an email saying I can book appointments through the Client portal app. I requested one appointment almost a week ago and it was never approved. I requested a second a couple of days ago for today and it was still awaiting approval since yesterday but I understood since it was Memorial day. I just got texted the link for the appointment and waited fifteen minutes and the doctor did not enter the appointment. The appointment was only supposed to be for thirty minutes so I left the call after waiting for 15 minutes. I’m guessing their system automatically sends out video links even though the appointment are not actually scheduled. I am extremely disappointed as I have been having a hard time finding a practice w the service I needed and have waited weeks to get one with them. The lack of communication is a problem for me and I am not happy that not I have to keep an eye out to not get billed for an appointment that never happened by my insurance.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would instantly. I tried to start services but I’m not sure this is a real company so be cautious. They said they had opening, took my initial information but they never sent me a welcome packet to start. I called several times but when I would receive a call back, they said they would “resend” it but again nothing arrived. I tried to go to the address listed but when I arrived the doors were locked. When I called the receptionist to let me in, they were shocked no one was at the office and suddenly said she can’t help me because I called a call center. Then said all first sessions are virtual but I’m not sure that is said is on the site. I again said I would receive a call back but nothing sure. Very sketchy behavior and poor impression from someone who is just looking for services”
