What patients say on Google
“I wish there was an option to give zero stars and leave a written review because this place does not care for their patients and see them as human beings. All they care about is the dollar signs from your insurance. They do not treat you. They have the emergency department treat you because all they will do is send you there. I have recordings, photos, written letters, recorded appointments, all for evidence from the Care providers from the Behavioral Health facility and I’ve already been told by a lawyer that they will take my case if I feel the need to do so and I want to so badly, but if I did that Behavioral Health providers that I’ve seen would lose their job while also being able to sue them, but I choose to not do so because I know there are probably some patients, that I’ve seen the ones that I have and are probably getting excellent care and the help that they need and those people are the only ones I care about not the doctors or the facility”
“So, where do I start?.. they were very helpful and understanding in the beginning but then started to slowly “not care” my doctor seems to just push my appointments along and not listen to me because I had brought up my sleeping issue at night but gave me a medication that keeps you awake in the morning, how does that make sense? I’ve brought up how my moods are all over the place but doesn’t do anything to help that, I’ve told her how I can’t stay focused do to my ADHD and she’s giving me medication that ways my body down that I can’t get up! My body isn’t hyper of the ADHD, my mind is! Oh, she’ll also treat me for these multiple diagnosis’s but will refuse to add them to my list! This is not the care I am needing or asking for help with, this care will make you worse or worse.. seek treatment elsewhere! I promise you’re better off…”
“Made appointment to be seeing for counsuling 4 months prior. Was called by office a day before appointment that the "provider" I would be seeing does not do counsuling only med management. Whats wrong with this picture!!! Not the Aurora I'm used to. Now I will be waiting another 4 months to be seeing. They always say "reach out for help, we are here for you" Missed the bullseye on this one.”
“I have no idea of how they treat you as I have yet to have an appointment or even an update as to how close "my turn" is. Everywhere you look there are ads to get mental health care if you need it. Well you better know a year in advance of needing it because you will wait MONTHS before getting any hope to even make an appointment never mind being seen!”
