“A good chunk is just being able to find a compatible doctor for you. Dr. Cooper is a great doctor who actually listens to the patient and connects with them, and the nursing staff is always friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Extra special props to the scheduling lady on your way out, she is always so nice and patient, and makes you feel at ease! Only taking one star off because the parking lot is kind of annoying to traverse lol”

“Terrible experience from the very beginning to get inside the building to end. The whole staff was rude but to make matters worse my OBGYN (Christine) was completely insensitive and lacked compassion and quite frankly I think she is in the wrong field. My appointment lasted a whopping 10 minutes and I probably got billed hundreds of dollars only for her to do nothing. Informing me on things I was very clear on. She is a JOKE! Stay away from this location for sure!!!!”

“Won't let me give less. I am exempt from wearing mask but they refuse to see me without one. They have processes in place for it but chose to push it with me. Add that it was handled COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and they get the lowest allowed score. The doctor I see is not available for telemedicine. Would love to know who was the person who made the issue as their choice should cause them to lose their job.”

All the doctors are rude dont listen to patience concerns Do whatever they want to do Take forever for time sensitive matter things Receptionist are rude when answer phone half of them dont know what there talking about. They dont return call nurses are rude in emails. Find a different place to get care”
