What patients say on Google
“I have been seeing my psychiatrist there for 3 years. Dr. Godbolt is great! She takes her time and has given me a new hope on life. NOW, The after hours answering service is another story! They rarely pass your message to your Dr. They are very disrespectful. I just called the answering service a few minutes ago. I have terrible insomnia and I've been awake for 3 days. I'm hallucinating because I have been up for so long. At first she was not going to contact my doctor because she said they don't do psychiatry after hours.. what is that? Then I told her that I have been awake for 3 days and I am starting to hallucinate and she said hold on came back two minutes later and said you know what just call back at 8:30 in the morning that's all I can do for you. Something just doesn't seem right there”
“It's always a 4 or 5 hour wait to see someone and everytime you go in you see someone different so you have to start from the beginning all over and you end up not getting diagnosed or treated because nobody wants to step on the toes of the person you saw last time. The nurse was supposed to call me about getting meds and never did. Finally a year later when I finally had my own doctor they called and said they could get me the meds I needed. Good thing it wasn't a life and death situation.”
“I tried to give this facility the benefit of the doubt and return for a second time. As a patient you should be able to trust your doctor and those that work alongside him/her. The receptionist was rude and not welcoming upon arrival. The clinic nurses were judgmental, unfriendly, uncaring and ill-humored. This facility should understand the power of first impressions.”
“The Psychiatrist was the worst experience ever. It was on skype and he had me on hold for like 20 minutes once he came to talk to me he seem distracted by his computer and he didn’t seem to be helpful on my anxiety attacks or my depression. He only ask few questions the ended the sesión thats is nothing else. Worst experience. The nurse are great. The only bad thing is they take for ever to give you answers.”
