“This place use to be so good at getting people in and out and the care was TOP priority. With the new expansion its seems it would have even more better care, more doctors, a better system for in and out patients BUT it is the completely opposite. The care is still there but the wait times and scheduling are the worst case scenarios ever. Before COVID thing were smooth and appointments were meant. Of only this location can use some organization and a process to help levitate people concerns would be a big help. I’ve always had the best care here at this specific facility so it sad to see it go down hill like it is. (2019)”

“What’s the point of overbooking asking to come in early for “check in” if you still have to wait over an hr to he called!?… MAKES NO SENSE!”

“my sons appointment has been canceled the last 3 times it’s been scheduled, he’s now behind on his shots and they are STILL booked out months in advance so my child will be going to another provider cause he will not be behind due to their lack of ability to keep appointments knowing they overly booked”
