“I do not recommend this provider. I worked directly with Della Roderick, the owner, and had a very disappointing experience. Communication was poor, and my concerns were repeatedly ignored. I clearly requested a detailed, action‑oriented treatment plan tailored to my child, including specific strategies and how they would be implemented during sessions. Instead of addressing those requests, I received vague and generic responses that did not answer my questions. Even after I followed up and spelled out exactly what I was looking for; practical approaches, structured sessions, and measurable progress, no clear plan was provided. My most recent email requesting clarification was not responded to at all. It is extremely frustrating to advocate for your child and not be heard, especially when you are working directly with the owner of the practice. I expected professionalism, accountability, and clear communication, but that did not happen here. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend August Rose.”
