Gaelyn is very knowledgeable and attentive while also being extremely down to earth and showing that she cares about you and your mental health. The front desk is very thorough and prompt, and I’ve never had any issues with billing. Mental health is a lifelong journey but I have made great progress in my time at Attento, and look forward to continuing with them for as long as I’m in need of a therapist!”

“Therapist is great. The entity, not so much. I had a cardiac event, was in the hospital, came out on Saturday but was not physically well to attend my appointment on the Sunday, therefore I missed it (with all the meds and adjusting to normal). Was charged $99 (that covers two of my other bills). In these times when only the 1% are managing financially that was a hard blow to my wallet. I know they will refer me to the their policy and what I agreed to per terms and conditions; which I fully understand but for me it's capitalism at its best. This is a week I really need to be in therapy but this cost has set me back so I will have to skip a few weeks, to sort my finances and get back on track. I guess if I was dead my card would still be charged and my family would not be disputable as I didn’t meet the terms and conditions. I prefer the organization I was with before as they only charged if you showed up for the appointment. This is definitely making me re-consider whether I wish to stay with them or not.”
