What patients say on Google

“Two stars because the front desk people were at least polite.. I wouldn't waste my time going here, the provider( numan gharaibeh) i saw was insisting upon removing me from one of the medications I've been on for nearly 7 years for anxiety.. Even though was still working for me just fine. At the first appointment he said i should "think about it" 2nd appointment said i should "consider other options" 3rd appointment i did actually okay the switch to a different anxiety medication, weeks later i call the office because im having really bad side effects and request an appointment to address the issue.. The nurse on the phone was incredibly rude, snapped at me and kept talking over me and when i showed up for my appointment the provider was just as disrespectful.. Keep in mind I've had multiple appointments here and rarely did the provider ever turn to face me.. I saw more of his back than anything. I stated that the new anxiety medication wasn't working well and that the side effects were really bad and he wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before absolutely degrading and shaming me with phrases like " you people get on this medication (xanax xr) and become convinced that it's the only thing that will work" and "i usually don't even see patience on this medicine because of this issue " then came the point where he asked if i wanted to go back on said medication and i stated that id be willing to try something else no less than 2 times and he just said he was putting me back on the previous medicine because "it wouldn't make a difference to try something else" .. He insisted on putting me back on the xanax xr even though i was stating id be willing to try different medications .. I left the office and arrived home , logged into my patient portal to write my appointment down on my calendar (im genuinely hoping to find a different provider before that appointment) only to see the clinical notes posted... Where he placed "was insistent on going back to (medication) at bedtime. ... Incorrect.. I stated at least TWICE i was more than Willing to try a different medicine.. Numan Gharaibeh insisted upon placing me back on the previous medication In short don't go here, the providers are disrespectful, lie and are more interested in money than actually listening to and helping people”

“Heard them deliberately hang up the phone calling them about a cancellation the day of an appointment, for the second time. Anyone that hears the name Lucy, the psychiatrist, do not trust her. She has cancelled and doesnt show up in office last second appointments, and this place expects you to wait months for another one, when if it were you as a last second no show, they would probably try to charge you. Shameless and lazy work here, they have no respect for you, and Lucy especially, as well as everyone else here are not reliable. Do not trust this place with something important, especially like mental health. Disgraceful service”

“I have always had great experience with my doctor and the nurses as well as the ladies that check you in and out. Everyone is very friendly and they don’t make you feel indifferent because I have health issues. I thank this medical office for all they do. Sincerely, Kristy Hazelwood”

“I have been seeing DR. Love for years. Any thing I discussed when I'm having something mentally He really helps me tremendously. Have seen 2 other physicist before Dr. Love, I promise He is the best of the best.. He's so caring when it comes to His patients..”
