“I was assured I would be completely under prior to ECT treatment. I was shocked while still awake. Atrium has refused to acknowledge what happened or bothered to respond to a survey where I requested they reach out to me. I requested medical records which I never received. Dr. Manual's coordinator has refused to return my call. I still get a bill that my insurance company has paid and talked to billing. They are affecting my credit. Dr. Manual's response was to try TMS. There is no way. I want to sue but it's a hard case. Anesthia takes no responsibility for what happened. Beware: Do not do this, especially with them!”
