“I met with Michele to talk about switching providers. It was 40 minutes past the appointment time before we got logged on for the appointment. She lectured me about using Google for information when I was not in fact providing Google information because I know better. She was very tired and yawny. She asked me what I'm doing to help myself and I don't need to be talked to that way. I'm an adult managing my condition. I am aware medication is not everything. I felt a lack of connection during and after this appointment and promptly canceled any follow up.”

“They do such a great job with getting everything set up and ready to go. Very professional, very positive environment and understanding for sure! Loved Ann Young while she was there but she opened her own private practice, but she was absolutely phenomenal! Austin H. Also does fantastic with listening to any prescription issues, very honest and up front about side effects and symptoms and understanding. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone, whether it’s for medicine, therapy or combination. And if one person doesn’t fit you, you can change to someone else and they do not take it personally.”
