“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience. I started therapy with a therapist I really liked. We had two successful sessions, and I felt comfortable opening up and beginning treatment. At my next appointment, without any prior notice or explanation, my therapist appeared with another therapist and informed me that he would be taking over my care. I had one session with him, but for the following appointment he simply never showed up. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach the office, I sent an email expressing my concerns about the lack of consistency and communication. A few weeks later, I was finally able to schedule another appointment with my original therapist. That session went well, and she scheduled me for the following week. Unfortunately, she did not show up for that appointment either. Throughout this process, it was also extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. Getting someone to respond or help schedule appointments was frustrating. Mental health treatment depends on trust, consistency, and reliable communication. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I sincerely hope they improve their scheduling and communication because patients seeking mental health care deserve much better.”

“They helped me a lot I appreciate the work they do ms Sharon always nice to me and you can just let your guard down here you know .. I personally love this place they always go above and beyond I swear this is the spot and if you don't understand something just ask and they'll go out of there way to help you understand... I have had a good experience here there beyond nice lol”

“I had been going to this facility for 3 years started for 1 simple condition and ended up with 4 more total. They never knew which medication to give me have no idea what they’re doing or the medicine they’re giving patients. Doctor is only in the office once a week that’s if she goes to the office. Can’t resolve anything for work because of the doctor not being available. Neglected me as a patient because they don’t know what they’re doing. Discontinued me off medication to not be responsible for me and left me aimlessly distraught causing me to withdrawal cold turkey and get me suicidal and then they don’t want to be responsible. Don’t go here ! Mrs Sharon is the worst administrative director there and dr hardy always needs to call other doctors for assistance. Doesn’t know how to fill out paperwork for work properly and I lost my job because of them. Don’t go there !!! PS- this is an update… I requested my medical records on 4/23 !!!!! It’s now 6/27 and I’m stillll fighting with them to get my records. I’m petrified of them and what they’re capable of saying or doing to get me baker acted when all I’ve requested is my records to be able to get properly treated at a different location had to get officers involved so they could finally provide my records on time ! This place is hell on earth! If you weren’t crazy before they’ll make you crazy for sure !”

“My 16 year old son sees Dr. Vassill and he is very experienced and takes the time to really listen to his patients. He is hands down the best psychiatrist my son has seen! He is very respectful too and does not waste your time or treat you like you are wasting his. My son suffers from severe OCD and social anxiety as well as having high-functioning autism and he feels safe talking to Dr. Vassill and that is a VERY big deal! The office staff is great as well, they are all very sweet and very helpful. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for help from people who actually care and don't just see you as a paycheck.”
