What patients say on Google

“This agency does not answer the front desk phone. They will neglect all of your basic needs and their excuse is that they are short staffed. You can barley get help with proper treatment to your personal development. Their policies are outdated and they all need new training. We are not in the 90s we are dealing with full blown issues that need better resources and to be fully staffed. No client should have to go without food or clean clothes for 3 weeks at a time when your are getting paid to do a service and to help people who have mental health issues. That doesn’t not mean that they are dumb slow or can’t advocate for themselves. This facility lies to their clients and this is why they can’t keep staff due to the games they play.”

“I was half blind from cataracts. I could not see black pavement or black clothes. One of caseworker from AID, wore all black. AID didn't want to take me do grocery shopping, and they didn't want to help me pay my Wi-Fi bill, by guiding me to the store for the Wi-Fi. Their idea of guiding me to pay my Wi-Fi bill, was to guide me by voice, they didn't want me to take their arm and have them guide me to the store to get my Wi-Fi. AID DROP ME, BECAUSE I WASN'T SCHEDULING ANY APPOINTMENTS WITH THEM, I DON'T BELIEVE I SHOULD PAY THEM WITH MY INSURANCE, WHEN THEY DO NOT HELP ME.”

“Melynda, Jennifer and Amanda are an amazing support to me. I wish I could give 10 stars. AID has kept me safe and happy and helped me be a productive member of society. Kudos to you ladies. Thank you to the staff at AID. I sincerely appreciate you.”
Lindsay Sensor
“They lie all the time. They are too lazy to do simple task. They ignore you most of the time. When you need to go grocery shopping, and the counselor doesn't work on that day, they don't find another counselor to fill in to take that person grocery shopping.”
