What patients say on Google

“Vanessa is the most professional receptionist I have ever worked with. I never have problems scheduling appointments for my niece, due to her prompt awareness of appointment availability and her knowledge of staff scheduling. Not only is she professional she is also very kind and understanding of the struggles my niece is facing. Her demeanor is comforting and makes me feel like my niece will be safe. It’s because of people like Vanessa that hope is provided for the chronic nature of mental health!”
Ibrahim Mohsin
“One of my family members takes my nephew here. His behavior has improved by tenfold. He is happier, more understanding, and responds better to problems. Debbie is such a wonderful counselor and I highly recommend her.”
Merrick Nila
“I called multiple times, left my number for them to call back. Never got a call back. I drove to their office and told them I called and they said "we don't just make an appointment with a psychiatrist, you need to see a therapist first" I said ok and asked if I could make an appointment with the therapist...there is a 6-8 month waiting list. If you need to see a therapist immediately, like me, don't go here. The receptionist is also very rude and dismissive.”
Maggie Rose
“I just wanna say that the Outreach people (Lindsey n Jenna) are becoming a joke. They only care about people who drink and do drugs... If you are having a mental health breakdown they contact someone else and tell them that can you have him stop contacting us, he is making us feel uncomfortable. Listen if someone is having a mental crisis and you feel UNCOMFORTABLE get the hell out of this field...”
