“Called to see if they were accepting new patients. Was asked what my diagnosis was and then proceeded to be told that yes they have someone qualified to handle my diagnosis but didnt feel it would be a good match.... all of which was said by their receptionist... unsure how a receptionist feels she can determine if it would be a good match or not when she doesnt know me and didnt even speak with the provider!!”

“I went there for about 4 years. I do not recommend. Your mental health is not a priority. Money is. They do not care at all what happens to you. They also turn the therapist into money machines. He use to care about my mental health until he started working for this facility. I do not recommend and I’ve been in therapy for 7 years. Find some where else to give your money to.”

Barb at the front desk is caring and compassionate along with the understating and caring of the Therapist Curtis. they have been very understanding if I have to reschedule/miss an appointment.
