What patients say on Google

“Lina is very kind and professional. My son and I both liked her a lot. However, office staff is very rude and uncaring. They told me our bill was completely covered by insurance time and time again. They even called me on occasion to schedule more appointments just to find out none of our appointments were covered. Ended up with a bill over $500 that I cannot pay. Would never even have had 1 appointment with them if I knew that it was not totally paid for. When speaking to the office staff over the phone Ashley and Kim were very rude to me and completely unprofessional. Do not go here!”

“If I could leave zero stars I would. The atmosphere at this place is unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The front desk staff are absolutely rude and this was my very first time here as referral from my son’s doctor. The initial visit is $172, however I was originally told $163, when I questioned the rude front desk lady said it’s just initial visit/intake and some office jargon that I didn’t understand. When I asked for a detailed bill for the charge she said a 3rd party entity handles their billing, also that they don’t bill and payment is due at the time of visit, and she tried to not provide me their contact information. I have not heard of a doctors office that didn’t bill…I called the other entity and spoke with a very nice person who is working on emailing me a detailed statement after insurance processes. The cost for each visit after is $136 due at every visit and that is unaffordable for my family, I have no idea what portion my insurance covers either. The therapist we saw was nice enough, however uncomfortable for me, stern but not rude, my son talked to her ok, it’s her availability that is an issue for me. I also whitenesses the front desk lady rude to another couple that came in with their daughter. I called my son’s doctor office and told them what happened and to find a new place for us to go to and also that they shouldn’t refer others to this place any longer, especially considering the other reviews about them.”

“I was on their wait list for 3-4 months before I was finally able to see a therapist here. I had my initial session with Dr. Boberg, which was fine, I guess. It felt like she didn't read or even skim any of my intake materials, and I felt like she wasn't fully listening to me. She gave no background on her practice or how long she's been practicing, and it felt like our relationship was already established or assumed. The more I thought about the session afterward, the worse I felt about it. But the worst part was finishing the session, walking to the front desk, and trying to schedule my next appointment. Out of three different times I gave, including the time I had just had an appointment for, the closest appointment was a *month* out, and the next was a month after that. I waited months just to be seen, and I felt very dismissed and frankly a bit hopeless learning I'd have to keep waiting. Most people trying to start therapy need more frequent sessions than once a month. This place is overbooking clients. I recommend looking elsewhere; you deserve better than here.”

“After looking at another review, I can see my situation is not unique. If I could give a 0 star review, I absolutely would. I went to this location thinking it was all in network, I was told by their administrators that I would pay a certain amount of money for a few session then my payment would go down significantly. This is not the case. I have racked up a bill more than $500. After numerous attempts to figure out what is going on through my insurance company and their mother company that handles billing - I have received no call back from whoever they have in charge of their billing department. It has been 4 months since I’ve seen the therapist. I called to have my autopay stopped because I simply CAN NOT afford to continue making payments on a bill I never anticipated having and will make payments as I can. The front desk lady stated she had to check with the therapist to remove the autopay from MY card and baking information - which is completely asinine. Throughout this whole experience their administrative team has been rude and uncaring. Save yourself the trouble and do not go here. Find a different place that actually cares about the individual and not just the money.”
