“I've been seeing Dr. DeGroat since late 2018. I have nothing but positive feedback. I can't speak for any other physicians at this location as I haven't worked with them, except for Dr. Lujan. I'm surprised to see so many negative comments related to him. Dr. Lujan has been very prompt with emails and incredibly flexible with his schedule. In my opinion both Dr. DeGroat and Dr. Lujan are exceptional doctors. I would say Dr. DeGroat has helped me immensely through very difficult times, he has a genuine desire to listen to and connect with the needs of his patients and guide them in overcoming their mental health challenges. I would very much recommend both Dr. DeGroat and Dr. Lujan to anyone looking for help. It can be very difficult to seek out a therapist but with the right practitioners this is not as daunting. I encourage anyone struggling to seek support, especially if you're scared. It really does get better.”

“Because I knew my insurance was limited I requested the out of pocket cost before I would start therapy. I WAS quoted a price and after seeing Dr. Neal for several months I received an invoice for over $200. When I asked why (since I was paying at EVERY visit) I was told my visits were more than originally QUOTED. I spoke with the office manager who said they do not quote (so now I am a liar). Yes, I did complete the forms but I was told what my part was going to be or otherwise I would not have started treatment at this office. I tried to get Dr. Neal to compromise with the amount and she would not work with me at all. I did report to the Better Business Bureau and have been making payments to their office. I am now receiving a letter in the mail from Dr. Neal each time I make a payment stating that they did not agree to payments and that I need to pay in full. I recently paid $40 and my balance is $60. Three days later I receive a statement saying if I do not pay in full they will be turning over to a collection agency. Really? Unprofessional doesn't say enough. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.”
