“I actually liked the services I was getting... up until I was unprofessionally cut off because I moved an hour away! No call... no warning... just cut me off and offered to help me find a new place in the area that I now reside! Mind you we are still dealing with the pandemic so I can still do video meetings... my counselor didnt call me or do one last visit to inform me I cant use them anymore... I found out by her taking me off the DBT group, I got an email saying "sorry to see you go, take care"... no phone call... I emailed her and asked her why I was removed... didnt give me a direct answer until I asked if the next day (TODAY) I would still have a session... to which she replied "No" honestly... after expressing what I was going through at the time 5 days before with my psychiatrist... cutting someone off like that could really mess up the wrong person and put someone in extreme stress! So pretty much they are unprofessional... and honestly I wasnt getting the help I really needed... if you want a place that just gives you a list of skills but never encourages you to use them... then this is the place for you! *edit* she also proceeded to email a screenshot of places in my area, doesnt recommended a decent place at all... just searched "mental health" on Google maps, took a screenshot, and sent me an email saying "some ideas on places near you!" ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL I liked my psychiatrist though, she was extremely nice!”
“They do not care about the client at all. They are hateful, belligerent, and they bully people into changing their behaviors. Try to find another place that you can go to.”
“They're FAKE and u can tell whose there for the $ and who really cares..”
“Aspire is horrible, scam government program. Who’s really getting helped by this??”
