I’ve been a patient here for over three years, and I cannot say enough about the care I’ve received from both my therapist and my psychiatrist. They have walked with me through some of the hardest seasons of my life, and I am incredibly grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and dedication. My only concern is the loss of Stephanie. She was always the person I could count on to answer a phone call, respond to an email the same day, or help with important paperwork like FMLA forms. Since she left, it has become much more difficult to reach someone by phone or get paperwork completed within required deadlines. Despite that, I have no intention of leaving Aspen because the quality of care from my providers has been life-changing. I simply hope they are able to find someone who can fill Stephanie’s role with the same level of excellence, responsiveness, and genuine care.
