“I can't not express the absolute nightmare I have endured with Nkese Williams Hayes. I'm posting this rating for public awareness. Ms Williams Hayes is currently under indefinite license suspension. Apparently the state boards revoked her on 12/23/25 because a pharmacist and 5 patients reported her. Thank God that she directly can't harm other people in our community. The public court cases are online. Reference Cases 243382 and 237925. Her license is 0024186212 VA COMMITTEE OF THE JOINT BOARDS OF NURSING BE AWARE!! IN MY OPINION STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!”

“My life was was taking a toll on my well-being nothing I did or no other dr could help me until I came across this amazing lady who I call Nk in other words it was Nikes-Williams -Hayes eccentric psychiatric group. They're amazing people I dearly love. She takes the time to listen to me.. she really cares about my feelings I can call her at any time and speak with her if I'm having a bad day. For staff members are very helpful. I want to say thank you to her and her staff.”

I’ve struggled with severe anxiety around doctors for most of my life, yet I actually look forward to my appointments with her. That’s how safe, seen, and supported she makes me feel. NK Williams-Hayes is completely understanding listens, cares and does the best she can to help and goes above and beyond, I wish all doctors were like this! me and my daughter both love her so much. I would never go anywhere else. Highly highly recommend this office. The whole staff is Friendly and welcoming If I could give 10 stars, I would! Even if you are outside of Hopewell. It is worth the drive. I promise!”
