What patients say on Google

“Me and my Husband Seeing both Dr. Sameera Syed & Dr. Gina Mathew , they are the best MD that you can ask for. Excellent beside manner, spent time listening to patients needs. Nowadays it’s hard to find Dr. that has patience to explain and educate. But Dr. Syed and Dr. Mathew are the best. Dr. Syed follow through and I love how she listen to your concerns and respond. When I took my husband for possible allergic reaction. Right away when we step out her office my husband said , She is very nice and he when she listen and not rushing. I highly recommend to anyone who needs MD that has good bedside manner .”

“Dr. Samerra Syed is very friendly, thorough, and trustworthy. She has been my doctor for quite a few years now. I have sent my husband to her, my sister and my brother-in-law to her. Additionally, all the other staff is great as well. The office is clean and well maintained. Most times you don’t have much of a weight. Maybe a few minutes if they’re busy.”

“Met with Dr Matthew. Assistant was very polite and through. Dr Matthew was very knowledgeable and professional. She quickly honed in on my issues, offered required labs and MRI to further diagnose my issues. Excellent work. Looking forward for her advice and treatment.”

“Came in 30 Min early, as always. Joy took all my information and ask to sit down. I did, my husband was with me. I’m waiting and waiting. People going before me, but no me. Finally girl came call my name, o good I said. Checking my temperature, pulse etc and nurse said. O wait , the front people never checked You in? Went up to the front desk and ask Joy to fix mistake. This wasn’t the first time that she forgot to check me in. Finally one hrs later I see Dr. Syed, also spoke with Manager Renee about this. I remember last year Dr Dimitris said to me “You were late today? I answer “ I’m never late!!! It was probably the same problem like this time. Accept-then- Joy friend cover for her not saying anything. My other friend waited one hrs and 20 min to see her doctor at same place. Front workers discussing other patients problem with each other . Not thinking that we in waiting rm can hear them . Very not professional. But Jaime is the only professional person there. Also, Dr Syed was off last weeks and nobody bother to refill my medication. OSCO called few times and also I did. Dr send refill on Sunday (before returning to work on Sunday)for me- a week later. Shouldn’t other Doctors help the one who’s off???? Being patient of that office for over 20 Yrs. Thanks wgs.”
