What patients say on Google

“I cannot give this place a five star review because of the way my partner’s treatment ended there, but I probably would have if he had been able to finish his treatment. They used to have an OCD program and it closed very suddenly and although he was definitely doing a lot better, he was not at the point that he should have been released and left to his own devices. However, my complaint will remain with the administrative side of things, as all of the care staff seemed very kind and competent and did at least attempt to find him a lower level of care to attend at home. While I appreciate them recommending him therapists, he really should have moved to a PHP or IOP with the level of need he had at the time. I get that there was no time for him to be referred to one – again, an administrative complaint. I did very much appreciate his therapist and the sessions we were able to have together with her. I hope she’s doing well wherever she is, because I think her position was unfortunately eliminated with the program.”

“Not sure what is going on in there but my son was very excited to get the help he was promised and after just one day in there he was asking to please be taken out. He says there is no privacy to be able to call me and that all they want to do is drug him. Even though he was assured that he would always have the option of not having to take anxiety medication. I feel like none of what we were told was true. I spoke with Danielle and was kind of rude and gave the most minimal information was rude and made it seem like I was taking up her time.”

“This facility was horrible. The staff is horrible. They don't meet your needs. Went in there diagnosed with major and anxiety and depression...they claimed I had neither and did not treat me for this. Changed up all my meds and refused to explain the medications to me. After being released was told I would have no issues coming off their meds. Went directly to another facility to get off their meds and get treated properly”

“It’s kinda shocking to me this place has such low reviews. I was here last December 2022 and this place saved my life. I will be a year sober in December. It was my first time ever in a residential program and I was beyond scared and almost backed out multiple times, but staying here completely changed my life. I failed every single time I had tried to get sober until I came here. The techs are all great for the most part and really left an impact on me. The ones who stuck out to me the most were Jay, Dustin, and Jilani. Very compassionate people who actually do care. The therapists are also good. I did however come here over other places because I also deal with mental health issues and thought this was a dual program for mental health and substance abuse and the mental health aspect definitely lacked. So don’t come here if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s mainly a substance abuse program in my opinion. But other than that I really do have nothing negative to say. My life has completely changed around in a year and I’ll forever be grateful for my time spent here and would do it all over again but hopefully never will lol”
