What patients say on Google

“Accessible mental health care and residential facilities are important in all communities. Unfortunately the residents of the Ascend house near us do not have the care or supervision required. Several of the residents are verbally aggressive, yelling vulgar, racial, and homophobic slurs for hours. One of them attacked our neighbor. Another, until she was moved to another facility, often sat half dressed or naked over the sidewalk even in cold weather. Police/fire are called to the facility several times a week. The conditions have only worsened in the past five years. When we express our concerns to the supervisors we are brushed off, or worse. I worry about the safety and wellbeing of the residents and would not want a loved one living there.”

“My son has a youth health home care manager she was great in the beginning but very fast fizzled out and rarely helped my son at all and rarely contacted us we always had to reach out to her definitely will sell ya a dream of lists that they’ll say they’ll help with then never follow through wouldn’t waste your time definitely way better options out there”

“5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Participating in this care management program has been a truly transformative experience. It helped me grow not just in skills, but in confidence and professionalism as well. What stood out most was the humble and gently disciplined approach—never harsh, always supportive, but still structured enough to hold me accountable and help me push forward. The guidance I received was both compassionate and clear, making it easier to stay committed to my goals. I’ve come away feeling more prepared, more self-assured, and with a deeper sense of purpose in **all** the work I do. Highly recommend to anyone looking to develop both professionally and personally in a supportive environment.”

“As a neighbor to a group home this organization runs, I can not believe the constant chaos that emanates from this property. The police are constantly called, the clients appear to be completely ignored when they are in crisis, and the staff I have interacted with are totally apathetic to the concerns of both the clientele and the neighborhood. How they get millions of dollars in state funding is beyond me.”
