“We were paying out of pocket, $350 for an initial psych consult and $150 for follow up consults. The $350 appt was supposed to be an hour, but Dr. Molina was in such a huge rush to get off the phone (when their video conference software failed we had to do it over the phone), that it ended up only being about 30 minutes, and a lot of our questions went unasked because of his hurry-this-along attitude. Next appt was supposed to be in person. He had canceled his in-person visits that day, no one had bothered to notify us, and after we drove 45 minutes to be there, we ended up in a small, smelly office talking to him on an old, buggy laptop. Overall, we left feeling like Dr. Molina and, frankly, the staff/owners there really only cared about the money, and not at all about the patient. It was kind of gross.”
