We tackled everyday stress, childhood trauma, and even did some career counseling as well. Whatever I needed that day is what Britt did. He made goals that were specific to me and my own goals, and did not use cookie cutter interventions. However, the best part of my experience with Britt was his attitude when things got tough. Counseling can be hard and there was a time when I wanted to quit.
