“I received a bill around 4 months after the date of services after paying in full before the appointment. I have called and was told that the doctor over my case took more time than what was quoted. When I asked to talk with my doctor so they could explain what took them so long, I was told that the doctor in question was no longer employed with them. I have requested an itemized bill several times and still have not recieved it. Also, their patient portal is terrible and does not work. 4.26.25 It is interesting to me that I am acknowledged when leaving a review but not by phone, email, and/or your online portal. I have wanted to also apologize for my behavior over the phone. I shouldn't have yelled. I, however, do still believe I was billed improperly and I also believe I was never given a fair explanation. I did not ask to have my testing split up but did appreciate when it became clear to my tester that I was becoming more and more physically impaired and they suggested it. That said, me and my partner were verbally told that there would not be additional costs for doing so; otherwise we never would have split the testing as I budgeted for the testing based on the cost quoted before and then on the day of. After explaining that, I was then told these additional costs were from my doctor taking extra time writing the report. I then asked why was my test taking longer than what was quoted and was told that my doctor no longer worked at the facility. I did not air every grievance on this Google review. If this is the only avenue to talk about my experience and try to get an itemized bill or clear explanation on these additional charges then that says more about your practice than me. I have changed my rating from 3 to 1 star based on this interaction. It feels very wrong that a medical facility handles their business communications through a Google review. 5.1.25 I do not believe I'm misrepresenting this office. I did call, email, and tried your online portal all of which has been recorded. In those requests, I did ask for an itemized bill. Yesterday is when I received it. I've only been given responses since this Google review and in your responses I'm consistently blamed. I am not trying to get out of a bill. Clearly, I am trying to understand why I was billed after my appt and not given an explanation for why. I was first told it was because my testing was split to accommodate my physicial disabilities. Then I was told that my doctor took longer. When I asked for why or to speak to my doctor, I was told that they no longer work for your office. I will not be changing this. I believe the responses to my valid concerns and issues have been irresponsible and show a lack of true care and concern for me as your patient. You say its because of extra time but then don't explain where this extra time came from since your office is not charging for an accommodation your office suggested. I urge current and future clients of yours to record their sessions and request for everything said to be put in writing at the time it was said. I was lied to by this office and it has been recorded. I was billed 4 months after my testing and report had been completed for this extra time. This feels wrong because it is wrong. 11:05 am I called and emailed today. I have not talked with anyone since April 2nd. I did yell and I shouldn't have on that day. That said, I am not harassing anyone. I don't call every day. I give time. This Google review has been the only form of communication in which this office responds to. That is wrong.”

“I was very disappointed in the service a family member received. I’m not evaluating a diagnosis or professional execution as much as I am the actual service they provide. They are very smug and flipped when you have a questions and unwilling to adjust to the needs of their clients. There were several things in their evaluations that were factually inaccurate. When those issues were raised though it was obvious there was a refusal to make any adjustments or corrections. I will definitely not use them again. *****update ******** Let me be clear. Contrary to the owners response my issue is not with the outcome. I was aware of the general outcome before using the service, my issue is the caliber of service provided. Additionally, I personally did NOT make multiple calls to you, clearly you have me mixed up with another unhappy customer. Also your rating right now is 3 of 5 stars so clearly I wasn’t the only one disappointed with what was received. Your response here that takes no responsibility but instead offers a backhanded insult to me (or someone you have mixed up with who you think I am ) is indicative of the attitude involved in dealing with you, and your response does more to prove my point than dispel it.”
