What patients say on Google
“I initially tried to book an appointment through their website contact page... I never heard back. I then booked an appointment via ZocDoc. I showed up the day of the appointment but was refused to be seen because... "they don't really look at ZocDoc." Why are you even on it then? Since I was already there, I booked an appointment, expressly requesting a Greek speaker with experience... I was assigned an intern who didn't even speak Greek. I was told it was just for the first appointment, but of course it was a lie. I cancelled after a few sessions, as I felt like a cash cow, and the therapist wasn't experienced enough (in my opinion).”
“Been going here on and off for about 5 years, the level of incompetency is unmatched. Highlights: Had tried 6 different people here. 1. 5/6 were interns, even when I asked. Don't give me a interns.. I genuinely got 100x more value reading books and watching YT than them in terms of tools to handle my current condition. One of them opened up something I wasnt ready to deal with yet at the end of session and told me " yea, im not going to be working here any more because im graduating " she never told me she was a intern.. 2. Ask for my documentation 4 times each time they would tell me wait 2 weeks, at the end of those 2 weeks not have them ( still dont have them) 3. When you call they'll take 30+ mins to answer.. I never seen the lobby full.. ever.. 4. I toke adhd test and pass by to pick up the results.. they made me wait hour and half for them to print them.. 5. As well most therapist here leave, out of the 6 I think 1 stayed. Even had couple of them tell me how badly manage it is. Dont come here if you value your time and your sanity. Not say the people arent nice, they are. Just unable to properly do the job they're getting paid for.”
“Greetings - I am in the pre-stages of having a medical procedure done and needed to be in contact with Aristotle Psychological to set everything up following an evaluation but - there was a very unusual discrepancy with my insurance company and this put me in touch with a really nice person named Ethan. I always felt this "don't worry, we're on your side" feeling with a hopefulness that everything would somehow work out. I was clear this was a process and might take a few days but - this morning, Ethan called me with the wonderful news that my procedure has been approved. I have complete respect for the methods he went about through all of this and for me, offers an incredibly positive impression of Aristotle Psychological. Thank you very much, Ethan.”
“I'll happily change this if we're able to actually get an appointment to go through. Signed up for an appointment, confirmed it, only for them to no-show while we send out emails and calls to no avail. Communicate with patients please 🙏 Mental health is serious shit and is difficult enough as is.”
