“I use United Healthcare advantage plan I have max coverage because I’m on disability for mental health since 2000 and I also have Medicaid womb but the Medicaid coverage doesn’t hardly ever get used at all. I was told that Arise in Tupelo can’t take you as a patient at all if you have Medicaid even if you have another source of insurance like I do that normally covers everything and I mean everything! This is so strange, I am completely eligible to be covered without even using Medicaid at all! Refused service even though I wasn’t going to be using the Medicaid I have! I’ve been around different situations but this is highly unususual !”
