“I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER - 0 out of 10 hands down !! I attempted to get care with this office a while back maybe a 1-2 years when I was experiencing major depression & in mental health crisis. Needless to say I feel it was a GODSEND that they didn't take me as a patient. I had good insurance (blue cross blue shield ) even tho their website claimed to take my insurance the lady kept telling me otherwise -/ the energy was very off putting & one of the intake personnel was absolutely ignorant ; dismissive ; rude & highly unprofessional . I became so distraught & upset I knew that I shouldn't have to beg a doctors office to receive care ; especially when have insurance that covers all my mental health needs. Pay attention 90% of their reviews are more than 1-2 years old !! Yea there's a reason because they are absolute TRASH across the board ! 0 out of 10 Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Find better mental health services elsewhere because they are not it - they cause more emotional distress/ mental health issues from the way they treat people!!!”

“It’s taken over two weeks to get a refill approved on my prescriptions. Still haven’t heard back despite calling nearly every day. The best that they can offer is “I’ll follow up” and then you don’t hear anything. So frustrating.”
